in 2015, in partnership with Design Agency The Hallway, my team and I created one of the most effective EVP's we've done to date.
Taking into consideration the size of business (15,000 employees), the shifting landscape (New CEO and office premises) as well as a strong vision, we conducted a thorough approach to defining a clear and accurate EVP (Employee Value Proposition) for Suncorp Group Employees current and future.
Upon development of the EVP, we conducted internal training, defined the Employer Brand, launched a new website and revised internal and external communications.
This entire project in conjunction with the Executive Leadership Team at Suncorp Group was conducted remotely. The response to the project has been incredibly positive and all changes are leading towards reduced costs in recruitment, positive self assessment for potential candidates prior to application, increased internal engagement as well as a unique selling point for Suncorp Recruiters that goes beyond the paycheck.
